Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions about document verification and issuance.
How do I verify a document?
Go to the page Verify a document, fill in the form and attach your documents (PDF, JPG, PNG or ZIP). You will immediately receive a case number (e.g. ART-CM-2026-000001) and an e-mail confirmation.
How do I track my request?
Use the page Track a request. You can also create an account to access all your history (verifications, invoices, payments, certificates).
Which file formats are accepted?
PDF, JPG, PNG and ZIP (to group multiple documents). Max size: 10 MB per file, up to 10 files per request.
What happens if my document is found to be non-authentic?
You will be notified by e-mail. The case is classified as "forged" and you are offered to regularize the situation by submitting a issuance or regularization request.
How do I pay the invoice?
After review of your request, an invoice (e.g. FAC-CM-2026-000001) is generated. Click the "Contact the payment service" button to be redirected to WhatsApp, then upload your payment proof on the platform.
How do I verify a document by QR code?
Scan the QR code on your certificate: you will be redirected to our verification page which shows the document status (valid, expired, cancelled or suspended).
How much does the service cost?
Document verification is free. The issuance or regularization of a document is invoiced; the amount is communicated when the request is accepted.
Are my documents protected?
Yes. The platform uses HTTPS, processing is logged, access is role-controlled and digital archiving is secure.
